Winter Mildness: December 12th and 13th

This winter, treat yourself to a weekend of tranquility and reconnection in the heart of southern Ardèche, led by Pauline Robin. Combining dynamic and gentle yoga, sound baths, live music, mantras, journaling, oracles, ecstatic dance, and a cacao ceremony, this retreat invites you to slow down, listen to your body, and open a space for introspection and transformation.

Over this weekend, you will experience various practices designed to harmonize the main chakras: Yoga sessions (Vinyasa, Hatha, Pranayama, and Nidra) to support your physical, energetic, mental, and emotional bodies; singing circles to free your voice and open your heart; and moments of ecstatic dance to celebrate your creativity. We will be accompanied by the Italian musician Edoardo Tomada and his wonderful instruments (Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, tong drum, drum, guitars, chimes, and other marvels). You will also have the opportunity to enjoy walks in nature and the freshwater pool, for a moment of communion with the environment. This retreat offers a profoundly enriching experience conducive to authentic connections with yourself and others.
Everyone is welcome. No experience is required, just the desire to participate. All equipment is provided.

A place to recharge your batteries

Domaine du Taillé is a zen retreat and holiday center nestled in the heart of a 100-hectare private park in the southern Ardèche region. The entire property blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings. Relaxation, simplicity, and authenticity define the atmosphere of this place.

The buildings on this exceptional site are constructed and renovated exclusively using natural materials: stone, wood, copper, and hemp. The estate has held the European Ecolabel since 2010, and accommodation is tailored to your needs in our various lodging options: the Domaine, Villa Cristina, Villa Manouk (Nojarette), Villa Alto, the yurt, and the chalets. The architecture, blending tradition and modernity, has been carefully designed to complement the natural contours of the land.

The ecologically treated natural swimming pool, the two outdoor dojos surrounded by greenery, the hiking trails accessible from the property, and Annie's cuisine made with seasonal organic produce all contribute to creating the ideal zen atmosphere, perfectly in keeping with the philosophy of the place. This place is dedicated to your rejuvenation, well-being, and serenity for a truly timeless stay!

Yoga teacher, movement artist & retreat organizer

Pauline Robin is an eternal artist, educator and researcher in movement.

A graduate of the London Contemporary Dance School, her training in contemporary dance led her to explore a holistic approach to the body and integrate various disciplines into her practice. A yoga teacher since 2012, she has trained in Natha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Her approach is also informed by the practice of various massages—Ayurvedic and Hawaiian—as well as Lahochi healing, breathwork, Pilates Matwork, and Barre. Over the years, her encounters with numerous artists, teachers, and practitioners have shaped a unique vision of movement, the body, and being.

Pauline also explores the art of breath through the Respire company, where she is the artistic director. Since 2022, she has led approximately thirty week-long workshops in Yoga and Dance for groups of 8 to 18 people. Now based in Rome, she teaches Yoga, sound healing, and fire ceremonies at the five-star Six Senses Rome hotel. Her teaching is fueled by a deep conviction: movement can become a path to reconnection with oneself, freedom, and transformation.

“The relationship to the body, to oneself, to touch, to care are ways of freeing oneself and accepting oneself as one is. For me, ‘moving’ is vital. Dance makes us feel alive, true, and authentic.”
