Fire ceremony
The fire ceremony is a symbolic ritual centered on transformation, letting go, and renewal. Fire represents a force of purification and transformation: it consumes what no longer needs to be held onto and opens a space to welcome the new. During the ceremony, each person can symbolically place their fears, doubts, limiting beliefs, or situations they wish to leave behind into the fire, in the form of a word, a phrase, or a written intention.
This ritual offers a moment to become aware of what we wish to transform, to set an intention, and to inwardly mark the transition to a new stage. Watching the fire consume what we have chosen to entrust to it can give a concrete and symbolic dimension to letting go, allowing us to move forward with greater clarity, lightness, and momentum. It's not about literally making a fear or a belief disappear, but about creating a conscious space to choose what we wish to nurture going forward.

Cocoa ceremony
The cacao ceremony is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself, over a beverage prepared with ceremonial cacao. This moment can be accompanied by breathing exercises, meditation, music, gentle movements, or simply silence, creating a space for presence, listening, and introspection. Cacao naturally contains flavanols, theobromine, a small amount of caffeine, and various minerals. These compounds can support blood circulation and provide a feeling of energy and vitality.
Beyond its nutritional properties, it is also the ritual and the time dedicated to oneself that make the experience so rich. The ceremony allows one to pay closer attention to their body, emotions, and feelings, and can foster a sense of relaxation and inner peace. The "connection to the heart" or to "intuition" should be understood here as a personal and symbolic experience: an invitation to listen more deeply to what is happening within and to return to what is essential.

Women's Circle
The women's circle is a space for meeting, listening, and sharing, where each woman can come and express her experiences in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Inspired by an ancestral practice of gathering and transmission, the circle invites us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and embrace the strength of the collective. Through speaking, listening, rituals, meditations, and body practices, each woman is invited to explore her emotions, feelings, questions, and aspirations.
The circle offers the opportunity to feel heard, supported, and fully welcomed, while discovering the richness of shared experiences. It creates a space where vulnerability can become a strength and where sisterhood takes center stage. It's a time to settle in, reconnect with your intuition, celebrate who you are, and leave with a sense of connection, clarity, and confidence.

Personalized ritual for life transition
A personalized life transition ritual accompanies moments of transition, whether chosen or imposed: life changes, separations, new beginnings, symbolic mourning, the birth of a project, or the passage to a new stage of self-discovery. Created around your story, your needs, and your intention, it allows you to consciously mark a before and after.
Through various symbolic elements—words, writing, objects, natural elements, candles, water, earth, or fire—the ritual invites us to honor what has been experienced, to release what we wish to leave behind, and to welcome what is to come. It is an intimate space to connect past, present, and future, to give meaning to the transition, and to set an intention for the new chapter that is beginning.
